Our thesis

Built the other way around.

Most healthcare technology is designed by engineers and reviewed by clinicians. Altora was built by clinicians and engineered around them.

Jaroslaw Otrębski has spent over two decades in aesthetic consultation rooms. He has watched talented practitioners lose patients they should have converted — not because of their clinical skills, but because of communication gaps no existing tool could identify.

Every feature in Altora is tested against one question: does a practitioner in a real consultation room actually need this? If the answer is no, it isn’t built.

That clinical foundation is why Altora understands the difference between a patient who needs more time and one who needs more information. Why it identifies trust fractures, not just objections. Why it never suggests scripts — every practitioner has their own voice, and every patient deserves a human response.
